WARRANTY AND RETURNS POLICY

 

 

ORDER CANCELLATIONS POLICY  

Orders cancelled before being processed, will get a full refund. But we cannot guarantee to refund orders cancelled after the process bcause it depends on our suppliers. 

 

All sales are final.  There will be no exchange unless Damaged Items, Wrong Size or Incorrect Items.

 

DAMAGED ITEMS, WRONG SIZE OR INCORRECT ITEMS 

You are eligible for a refund for the PACKAGE VALUE plus Shipping Fee for defective, damaged or incorrect items. You must contact us if this occurs within 24 hours of receiving your package to receive a refund.

 

Wrong size or Wrong items 

In this case, all you need to do is contact us, we will run a check immediately and will reply you within 48 hours. If this is a result of our mistake, you are eligible to get a refund for that item.

 

 

 

CHANGE OF MIND RETURNS AND REPLACEMENT 

If the item is received in good condition , but you have changed your mind, you may still be able to return it. This is depend on our suppliers' policies. 

In this case, all you need to do is contact us and we will run a check immediately and reply to you within 48 hours with a result. We cannot guarantee refunds for returns based on mere changes of mind will be granted.

 

 

WARRANTY

Floatride.com does provide three months warranty on our products. 

 

PRODUCTS DEAD-ON-ARRIVAL (OR DOA’S) 

If an item sold by floatride.com is confirmed to be defective, not working or not serving the purpose specified when it is received, it will be treated as DOA (Dead on Arrival).  The warranty period for DOA is 48 hours days from the time the item is delivered to you. (I.e. You must make contact with our customer service team within 48 hours)

Any products found to be defective within the 48 hour period specified by floatride.com will be claimable and honoured by our company.
